Steven L. Lopata, CPA, CFE, CAMS – Mr. Lopata is a founder of EA Compliance and serves as its Senior Vice President. Mr. Lopata is a licensed Certified Public Accountant, Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist, Certified Fraud Examiner and a registered investment advisor. His memberships include the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Illinois CPA Society, Association of Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialists and the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners. He has over 30 years of experience in both the securities and futures industries. He has been a member of the Chicago Board of Trade since 1980 and has served on the Board's Membership Committee. Mr. Lopata holds a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration from Drake University.

Lawrence D. Israel – Mr. Israel is a founder of EA Compliance and serves as its President. He was a co-founder of Exchange Analytics Inc. and serves as its President. Mr. Israel has over 30 years of experience in the securities and futures markets, and has been a member of the Chicago Board of Trade for 30 years. He has served as an arbitrator for both the National Futures Association and Chicago Board of Trade, and has given expert witness testimony in both federal court and arbitration proceedings. Mr. Israel holds a Bachelors of Science from the University of Illinois and a Masters of Business Administration degree from the University of Chicago.
